Fitch upgrades OCBC Wing Hang Bank

Fitch Ratings said it upgraded the long-term issuer default ratings of OCBC Wing Hang Bank Ltd. to AA- from A+.

Fitch also said it revised the outlook on China Citic Bank International Ltd. (CNCBI) to positive from stable due to the bank's stronger capital position.

The actions stem from the agency's periodic peer review of the Hong Kong banks, the agency said.
