ACA CLO 2007-1 to redeem five classes of notes on Dec. 21

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 8 – ACA CLO 2007-1, Ltd./ACA CLO 2007-1, LLC plans to redeem five classes of notes, according to a notice from trustee Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA.

The notes will be redeemed at the following redemption prices on Dec. 21, which includes a price of par plus accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $23,562,375.81 of class A notes;

• $19,295,515.56 of class B notes;

• $15,801,240 of class C notes;

• $14,960,415.56 of class D notes; and

• $11,074,514.25 of class E notes.

CVC Credit Partners, LLC is the collateral manager.
