Knoxville, Tenn., June 10 – Enexis Holding NV sold €500 million of 0.625% 12-year green notes (Aa3/A+) at a spread of mid-swaps plus 60 basis points in a Regulation S sale, according to a press release.
ABN Amro, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank and ING were the bookrunners.
Based in Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, Enexis is a holding company that provides electricity, natural gas, pay systems, and utility services through its subsidiaries.
