ABC’s Inventive Global lists $3.5 billion medium-term note program

Chicago, July 11 – Inventive Global Investments Ltd. established a $3.5 billion medium-term note program (A2) with issuance guaranteed by ABC International Holdings Ltd., according to an offering circular.

ABC International and Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. Hong Kong Branch are working as arrangers and dealers.

Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. Hong Kong Branch will be the fiscal agent for notes.

Legal advisers for Inventive are Linklaters, JunHe LLP and Ogier.

The arrangers are being advised by Clifford Chance and DeHeng Law Offices.

Proceeds will be loaned to the guarantor and/or any subsidiaries for general corporate purposes.

The issuing entity previously issued $300 million of 1.6% notes due 2026; $800 million of 1.65% notes due 2025; $500 million of 1.1% notes due 2024; and $450 million of 1½% notes due 2023.

ABC International is owned by Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., a Beijing-based commercial bank with branches in mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
