New Issue: Hong Kong’s ABC International unit issues $800 million 1.65% notes due 2025

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 3 – ABC International Holdings Ltd. applied to list $800 million of 1.65% notes due 2025, according to a listing notice with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.

The notes are being issued by Inventive Global Investments Ltd. and guaranteed by the company under a $3.5 billion medium-term note program.

ABC International, Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, China Citic Bank International, China Construction Bank (Asia), Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of East Asia, Ltd. are the global coordinators, as well as the joint lead managers and bookrunners along with Bank of Communications, China International Capital Corp., China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch, China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., Chiyu Banking Corp. Ltd., China Securities International, CTBC Bank, Everbright Sun Hung Kai, Guosen Securities (HK), HSBC, Huatai International, ICBC International, Nanyang Commercial Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch and SPDB International.

The listing is expected to take effect on Friday.

ABC International is owned by Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., a Beijing-based commercial bank with branches in mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
