New Issue: ABC’s Inventive Global sells $450 million 1½% guaranteed notes due 2023

Chicago, July 15 – Inventive Global Investments Ltd. sold $450 million 1½% guaranteed notes due 2023, according to a listing notice.

The notes are guaranteed by ABC International Holdings Ltd.

Joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the offering are ABC International and Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. Hong Kong Branch.

Joining as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners are Standard Chartered Bank; Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. Singapore Branch; Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. Macao Branch; Industrial Commercial Bank of China; Bank of China; China Construction Bank (Asia); Bank of Communications; China International Capital Corp.; China Citic Bank International; China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch; CMB International; China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd.; Shanghai Pudong Development Bank; BOSC International; Bank of East Asia, Ltd.; Guosen Securities (HK); GF Securities; Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd.; Everbright Sun Hung Kai; Nanyang Commercial Bank and CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd.

The notes are being issued under the recently announced $3.5 billion medium-term note program.

ABC International is owned by Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., a Beijing-based commercial bank with branches in mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
