Fitch takes Yunan Provincial Energy off watch

Fitch said it removed Yunan Provincial Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd.’s rating off negative watch following the completion of the agency’s review. Fitch placed the ratings on watch after the publication of its revised criteria for international local and regional governments in April.

Fitch affirmed the BBB ratings for the company and for the notes issued by its subsidiary Yunnan Energy Investment Overseas Finance Co. Ltd.
