S&P keeps Financiera Finca on developing watch

S&P Global Ratings said it kept its BB-/B global scale and mxBBB+/mxA-2 national scale issuer credit ratings on Financiera Finca, SA de CV Sofom E.N.R. on CreditWatch, where they had been placed with developing implications Nov. 16.

S&P placed the ratings on CreditWatch following the announcement that Te Creemos Holding, SAPI de CV (Te Creemos; not rated) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Finca.
