China’s Chengdu Xingcheng Investment offers three-, five-year notes

New York, March 13 – Chengdu Xingcheng Investment Group Co. Ltd. plans to price a dual-tranche offering of euro-denominated notes (expected ratings: //BBB+), according to market sources.

The proceeds will be used for project construction and credit repayment.

Further details weren’t immediately available.

The company is an infrastructure development financing company for the city of Chengdu in Sichuan province, China.
