Neuberger Berman CLO XXIII directed to redeem five classes of notes

Olympia, Wash., July 26 – Neuberger Berman CLO XXIII, Ltd./Neuberger Berman CLO XXIII, LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem five classes of secured notes in full from refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

The class A, B, C, D and E notes will be redeemed on or after Oct. 17.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
