Avolon Holdings holds fixed income investor calls for notes offering

Tupelo, Miss., Jan. 8 – Avolon Holdings Ltd. subsidiary Avolon Holdings Funding Ltd. (Baa3/BBB-/BBB-) is holding fixed income investor calls on Wednesday, according to market sources.

The company plans to price dollar-denominated senior notes in a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

Barclays, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Natixis, SG Securities and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The aircraft leasing company is based in Dublin.
