Arconic to redeem all outstanding 5.72% notes due 2019 on March 7

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 6 – Arconic Inc. intends to redeem on March 7 all of its outstanding 5.72% notes due 2019, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at the greater of par and the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments, discounted on a semiannual basis at the Treasury rate plus 15 basis points, plus in either case accrued interest to the redemption date.

As of Feb. 5, the total outstanding principal amount of the notes is $500,001,000.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Arconic is an aluminum company based in New York.
