Moody’s changes Radial view to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Radial Holdings, LP's B3 corporate family rating, B3-PD probability of default rating and the B2 and Caa2 ratings, respectively, of its first- and second-lien credit facilities, and changed the outlook to negative from stable.

The negative outlook reflects the agency’s expectation that Radial's revenue and cash flow from operations will decline over the next 12 to 18 months and its free cash flow will be negative in 2017, significantly below Moody's previous forecast of free cash flow of 10% to 15% of total debt in 2017.
