New York, Nov. 15 – The Argentine province of Entre Rios priced a $150 million add-on to its 8¾% notes due 2025 at 105.827 to yield 5.55%, a market source said.
Pricing came tight compared to guidance for a yield in the 7.6% area and initial price talk in the high 7% area.
Total deal size is now $500 million, including the original $350 million of notes, which began trading Feb. 1.
HSBC, Citigroup and Santander were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.
