Slater Mill Loan Fund calls notes for redemption on Feb. 17

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 28 – Slater Mill Loan Fund, LP will redeem its notes at the direction of holders of a majority of its LP certificates, according to a notice.

The class X, A, B, C, D and E notes will be redeemed on Feb. 17, 2017.

Slater Mill Loan Fund, LLC is a co-issuer of the notes, which were issued under a June 2012 indenture.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
