Chicago, Jan. 14 – SNCF Reseau priced €500 million of 10-year green bonds (Aa2/AA/AA) with a spread of 35 basis points over OATs, according to a market source.
The 0.875% bonds came to market at 98.91 to yield 0.99%.
BNP Paribas (bill and deliver), Credit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs International and HSBC were joint bookrunners for the Regulation S sale.
Proceeds will be allocated to investments in one or more eligible green projects.
Based in Paris, SNCF is the operator of the French rail infrastructure.
