Shackleton I CLO plans to redeem five classes of notes on Nov. 14

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 31 – Shackleton I CLO, Ltd./Shackleton I CLO, Corp. plan to redeem five classes of its notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at the following total redemption prices on Nov. 14:

• $256,563,110.33 for the class A-1 notes;

• $17,165,020.13 for the class B-1 notes;

• $25,269,611.11 for the class B-2 notes;

• $24,258,036.27 for the class C notes; and

• $21,305,290.07 for the class D notes.

The total redemption prices are equal to the principal amount plus accrued interest.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

New York-based Alcentra NY, LLC is the collateral manager.
