Apidos CLO XI directed to redeem rated notes through refinancing

Olympia, Wash., July 2 – Apidos CLO XI/Apidos CLO XI LLC received direction from holders of a majority of its subordinated securities to redeem its rated notes through a refinancing on or about Aug. 22, according to a notice.

Holders of the class X, A-R, B-R, C-R, D-R and E-R notes and the subordinated notes and preferred shares were notified.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
