Apidos CLO XXV directed to redeem seven classes of notes on Nov. 7

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 30 – Apidos CLO XXV/Apidos CLO XXV LLC received direction from holders of a majority of its subordinated notes to redeem its rated notes in full from refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 7 at par plus accrued interest for the following redemption prices:

• $452,288,419.33 for the class A-1 notes;

• $65,123,326.67 for the class A-2A notes;

• $8,512,322.64 for the class A-2B notes;

• $42,090,888 for the class B notes;

• $49,140,880.44 for the class C notes;

• $14,060,473.78 for the class D-1 notes; and

• $14,058,607.11 for the class D-2 notes.

The subordinated notes will not be redeemed.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

New York-based CVC Credit Partners, LLC is the collateral manager.
