Apidos CLO XXV might redeem rated notes with refinancing proceeds

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 26 – Apidos CLO XXV/Apidos CLO XXV LLC expects to receive direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem all classes of its rated notes using refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

Holders of the class A-1, A-2A, A-2B, B, C, D-1 and D-2 notes and the subordinated notes were notified.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
