S&P changes Kleopatra view to negative

S&P said it revised its outlook on Kleopatra Holdings 2 SCA to negative from stable and affirmed the B- long-term issuer credit rating on KH2.

S&P also affirmed the issue ratings on the senior secured and senior unsecured facilities at B- and CCC, respectively.

“The negative outlook reflects that, absent positive developments over the coming quarters, KH2’s capital structure could become unsustainable and prompt a downgrade,” S&P said in a news release.
