Fitch revises IHS view to negative

Fitch Ratings said it revised IHS Netherlands Holdco BV’s outlook to negative from stable while affirming the long-term issuer default rating at B+ and the senior unsecured rating at B+ with a recovery rating RR4.

The rating action follow the revision of the outlook on Nigeria’s long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating to negative from stable on Dec. 19.

Fitch’s assessment of IHS Netherlands’ fundamental credit considerations is unchanged.
