Fitch changes IHS Netherlands to negative

Fitch Ratings said it revised IHS Netherlands Holdco BV's outlook to negative from stable and affirmed the long-term issuer default rating at B+ and the senior unsecured rating at B+/RR4.

The national long-term rating was affirmed at AA(nga) with a stable outlook.

Fitch said the outlook change was driven by its similar action on Nigeria's B+ sovereign rating on Jan. 25. The agency’s view on the underlying operational profile of IHS Netherlands remains unchanged.
