Fitch revises IHS outlook to stable

Fitch Ratings said it revised IHS Netherlands Holdco BV's outlook to stable from negative while affirming the long-term issuer default rating B and the senior unsecured rating at B/RR4.

The outlook change and affirmation follow the change of the outlook on Nigeria's long-term foreign-currency IDR to stable from negative on Sept. 30, Fitch said.
