AMN Healthcare to redeem all 5 1/8% senior notes due 2024

Chicago, Oct. 5 – AMN Healthcare, Inc. plans to use the proceeds from a new offering to redeem all $325 million of its 5 1/8% senior notes due 2024, according to a press release.

The company plans to deliver a conditional notice of redemption to noteholders, subject to the successful completion of an offering of notes due in 2029.

AMN Healthcare is a San Diego-based health care staffing services provider.
