New Issue: Entra sells NOK 195 million more green bonds due 2024 at 53 bps spread

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 28 – Entra ASA priced another NOK 195 million of green bonds due 2024, bringing the total deal size to NOK 1,195,000,000.

The issue price for the add-on was 101.341, which amounts to an issue spread of Nibor plus 53 basis points, according to a company notice.

Proceeds have been earmarked to fund a pool of properties with high environmental standards and a certification from Breeam with a minimum certification of “excellent.”

The company priced NOK 750 million of the bonds with a coupon of Nibor plus 86 basis points on March 15, 2017 and sold another NOK 250 million of the bonds at 100.147 and a coupon of Nibor plus 84 basis points on May 9, 2017.

Handelsbanken Capital Markets was the arranger.

Entra is a real estate company based in Oslo.
