New Issue: Entra sells NOK 200 million tap of floaters due 2023 at Nibor plus 63

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 11 – Entra ASA priced NOK 200 million more of its floating-rate green bonds due Sept. 22, 2023 at 101.173 with a coupon of Nibor plus 63 basis points, lifting the size of the issue to NOK 1.2 billion, according to a press release.

Entra originally sold NOK 1 billion of the floaters at par with a coupon of Nibor plus 94 basis points in September 2016.

Proceeds will fund a pool of properties with high environmental standards.

The real estate company is based in Oslo.
