Entra may issue krone-denominated green bonds

By Rebecca Melvin

New York, May 13 – Entra ASA (Baa1) said that it may issue krone-denominated green bonds with a tenor of six and/or seven years, subject to market conditions.

The company has mandated DNB, Nordea and SEB to organize the offering.

Entra has updated its Green Bond Framework to include Breeam In-Use and maintains the highest possible shading of Dark Green from Cicero. SEB acted as sole adviser to the company in connection with the update of the Framework.

The real estate company is based in Oslo.
