Entra exploring seven-year unsecured green bond issuance

Columbus, Ohio, June 21 – Entra ASA is exploring issuing unsecured green bonds with an expected tenor of seven years in the Norwegian bond market, according to a company announcement.

The company has mandated DNB, Nordea and SEB to investigate the opportunity.

The transaction is subject to market conditions.

Entra has updated its green bond framework to include BREEAM In-Use and maintains the highest shading of dark green from Cicero, according to the announcement. SEB acted as adviser to the company in connection with the update of the framework.

The real estate company is based in Oslo.
