New Issue: Entra sells NOK 1 billion of seven-year floaters, its first green bond

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 16 – Entra ASA issued its first green bond, a seven-year floating-rate bond, with a first tranche size of NOK 1 billion, according to a company notice.

The bond matures Sept. 22, 2023 and will pay a coupon of Nibor plus 94 basis points.

SEB and Swedbank acted as lead arrangers.

Proceeds will fund a pool of properties and projects with high environmental standards and that have a minimum Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method certification of "excellent."

The framework for the bonds has been reviewed by the Centre for International Climate and Environmental Research Oslo, which has given the framework its highest shading of dark green, which is awarded to projects that realize a long-term vision of a low-carbon and climate-resilient future, according to Entra.

The real estate company is based in Oslo.
