Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 11 – Entra ASA sold NOK 700 million more of its floating-rate bonds due June 7, 2029, according to a press release.
The floaters accrue interest at Nibor plus 40 basis points.
The company originally sold NOK 500 million of the floaters in a sale that settled on June 7.
Proceeds are earmarked to fund a pool of properties/projects with high environmental standards and a minimum certification of “excellent” from BREEAM.
The real estate company is based in Oslo.
