Olav Thon repurchases from two bonds on back of new offering

Chicago, Feb. 21 – Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA repurchased bonds from two series after successfully issuing new bonds, according to an announcement.

The company repurchased NOK 316 million of the OLT141 bonds (ISIN: NO0011008997) at 100.085 and NOK 188 million of the OLT132 bonds (ISIN: NO0010864317) at 98.496.

Settlement for the buybacks will be Feb. 28.

The commercial real estate company is based in Oslo.
