Floor & Decor to launch term loan amend and extend on Monday

New York, Jan. 29 – Floor & Decor is set to hold a lender call at 10 a.m. ET on Monday to launch an amendment and extension of its existing term loan, according to a market source.

UBS Investment Bank, BofA Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the lead banks on the deal.

Floor & Decor is an Atlanta-based specialty retailer in the hard surface flooring market.
