New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1 million 9% reverse convertible securities on Fulgent Genetics

Chicago, June 29 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1 million of 9% reverse convertible securities due March 28, 2022 linked to the performance of the common stock of Fulgent Genetics, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a monthly coupon at an annualized rate of 9%.

If the stock finishes at or above the knock-in price, 64.88% of the initial price, the payout will be par plus the final coupon. Otherwise, investors will receive a number of shares equal to $1,000 divided by the stock’s initial share price or the cash equivalent at the issuer’s option.
