By Marisa Wong

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 7 – Yestar International Holdings Co. Ltd. is proposing an issuance of senior notes (expected: Ba3//BB-).

Pricing will be determined through a book-building exercise.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Haitong International are the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt, to fund capital expenditure, to finance acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.

Yestar is a medical consumables company with a focus on the in vitro diagnostic (IVD) market. The Shanghai-based company also makes medical imaging products.
