Chicago, Aug. 26 – Amasten Holding AB (publ) plans to issue another SEK 175 million of senior floating-rate bonds due June 2019.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing and financing of potential acquisitions.

ABG Sundal Collier is the financial adviser.

“The issue we carried out in June, we have successfully invested in complementary acquisitions including Harnosand and Åstorp,” David Dahlgren, chief executive officer of Amasten, said in the press release.

The company planned to apply to list the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
