New Issue: New Zealand’s ASB Bank sells $650 million 5.346% three-year notes

Chicago, June 8 – ASB Bank Ltd. priced $650 million of 5.346% three-year notes on Wednesday, a market source reported.

The notes priced at Treasuries plus 115 basis points after initial talk had them coming in the 130 bps area.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia, BofA Securities, Citigroup and TD Securities were the bookrunners.

ASB Bank is an Auckland, New Zealand-based subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
