Neuberger Berman CLO XXII directed to redeem all secured note classes

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 3 – Neuberger Berman CLO XXII, Ltd./Neuberger Berman CLO XXII, LLC received direction from holders or beneficial owners of the majority of its subordinated notes, along with consent from the collateral manager, to redeem all classes of its secured notes in full from refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

The redemption date will be a business day on or after Oct. 17.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.
