New Issue: Kazakhstan regions place KZT 31.28 billion bonds at par to yield 0.15%

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 10 – Administrative regions of Kazakhstan placed a total of KZT 31.28 billion of 0.15% two-year debt securities at special trading sessions held on Aug. 3 through Aug. 10, according to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcements.
The net price for the bonds was par, corresponding to a yield of 0.15%.
The 14 local executive bodies include the cities of Aktobe, Pavlodar and Almaty and the regions of North Kazakhstan, South Kazakhstan, Kostanay, Karaganda, West Kazakhstan, Mangystau, Jambyl, Kyzylorda, Atyrau, Akmola and East Kazakhstan.
