New Issue: Pavlodar, Kazakhstan, sells KZT 1.23 billion more 0.35% bonds due 2020

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 30 – The local executive body of Kazakhstan’s Pavlodar region placed KZT 1,227,200,000 of additional 0.35% debt securities due 2020 at a special trading session held on Tuesday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement.

The “clean” price for the bonds was par, corresponding to a yield of 0.35%.

The amount issued represents 100% of the issuer’s planned placement.

The issuer previously registered to issue KZT 6,416,463,000 of the bonds and sold KZT 1,474,533,000 on March 2, 2018, KZT 1.16 billion on June 14, KZT 748,431,000 on June 28, KZT 500 million on Aug. 7 and KZT 1 billion on Aug. 17.
