Last Call Guarantor case dismissal hearing pushed back to Sept. 22

Pittsburgh, Aug. 29 – Last Call Guarantor, LLC’s Chapter 11 case dismissal hearing has been adjourned to Sept. 22, according to an amended agenda filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The hearing was previously scheduled for Aug. 29.

The agenda did not give a reason for the adjournment.

Last Call, the owner of Fox & Hound Restaurant, Bailey’s Sports Grille and Champps Kitchen, is a Dallas-based restaurant operator. The company filed bankruptcy on Aug. 10, 2016 under Chapter 11 case number 16-11844.
