Company sells 1,875,000 shares; stockholders sell 125.5 million shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 4 – Eason Education Kingdom Holdings, Inc. priced a $1.55 million public offering of stock, according to a form F-1 filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Selling shareholders will offer $50.2 million of additional shares.
The company will sell 1,875,000 common shares at $0.40 per share on a self-underwritten, best-efforts basis. The price is identical to the Aug. 3 closing share price. The shareholders will sell 125.5 million shares at the same price.
The Kowloon, Hong Kong, company focuses on establishing education centers in the Xian province of China.
