Sunac, Agile slide; AMC bonds, stock soften; PBF, Talen drop; Diamond Sports mixed

Tupelo, Miss., Dec. 13 – Junk bonds in China’s property developer space were among the most active issues in the distressed market on Monday in an otherwise mostly quiet session.
“It’s been pretty quiet, especially on the distressed side,” a market source said. “Not a lot of movement.”
Sunac China Holdings Ltd.’s 6½% notes due 2023 (B1/B) fell over 6¼ notes to under the 74½ bid area.
Agile Group Holdings Ltd.’s 8 3/8% senior perpetual capital securities (Ba3) dropped over 3¾ points to 62 bid.
Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd.’s paper was down 7/8 point.
Elsewhere, AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc.’s 5¾% senior subordinated notes due 2025 (Ca/CCC-) fell about 1 point to under the 78½ bid range by late afternoon, a source said.
PBF Energy Inc.’s 6% senior notes due 2028 (Caa1/B/B+) declined nearly 1 point to under the 63 bid area on nearly $1.5 million of secondary activity.
Talen Energy Supply LLC’s 10½% senior notes due 2026 (Caa1/CCC/B-) slid over 2 points to the 54 bid range.
Air Methods Corp.’s 8% senior notes due 2025 (Caa3/CCC) also traded over 1 point lower at under the 83 bid area on Monday.
Diamond Sports Group LLC’s notes were steady to about ½ point better with the 5 3/8% senior secured notes due 2026 (Caa1/CCC) mostly flat at 46¾ bid.
