Harvest CLO XVI extends maturity date of subordinated notes to 2031

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 15 – Harvest CLO XVI DAC extended the maturity of its €45 million of subordinated notes to Oct. 15, 2031 from Oct. 15, 2029 in connection with the refinancing of its secured notes, according to a notice.

As previously reported, the subordinated noteholders planned to pass a resolution prior to the redemption to effect some amendments to some terms of the transaction documents and the conditions, including the maturity date. The amendments took effect on Oct. 15.
