Ansaldo Energia gets tenders for €163.2 million of 2¾% notes due 2024

Buffalo, N.Y., July 5 – Ansaldo Energia SpA received tenders totaling €163,185,000 principal amount in response to its cash tender offer to purchase up to €220 million of its €350 million outstanding 2¾% notes due May 31, 2024 (ISIN: XS1624210933), according to a notice on Monday.

As previously reported, the company offered to purchase the notes at 98.625, plus accrued interest.

As the tendered amount was less than the tender cap, all validly tendered notes will be accepted for purchase without proration.

The accrued interest payable is 0.278%.

Settlement remains scheduled to occur July 7.

After settlement, €186,815,000 of the notes will remain outstanding.
