Deal consists of 2 million common shares sold on a best-efforts basis

Knoxville, Tenn., July 14 – NPQ Holdings Ltd. priced its $2 million initial public offering of stock, according to a Form S-1 filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell 2 million common shares at $1.00 per share on a best-efforts basis.
NPQ will sell the shares directly to investors without an underwriter.
Proceeds will be used for operations, expenses and research and development.
The development stage company is based in Singapore. The company expects its shares to trade on the OTCBB.
