Total Hockey applies to hire Cooley as general counsel, Lewis Rice

New York, Aug. 2 – Total Hockey, Inc. is looking to retain Cooley LLP as its general counsel and Lewis Rice LLC as its Missouri counsel, according to an application filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Attorneys for Cooley charge between $425 and $1,115 per hour. Hourly rates for Rice Lewis’ attorneys were not immediately available.

The appointment, if approved, will be retroactive to July 15 for Cooley and July 19 for Lewis Rice.

Based in Maryland Heights, Mo., Total Hockey is a retailer. The company filed for bankruptcy on July 6 under Chapter 11 case number 16-44815.
