Our Alchemy ‘Fist of the North Star’ sale hearing delayed to Dec. 11

Pittsburgh, Nov. 15 – Our Alchemy, LLC’s hearing on approval of the sale of the rights of its “Fist of the North Star” movies has been adjourned to Dec. 11, according to an amended agenda filed late Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The hearing had been previously scheduled for Nov. 15.

As previously reported, North Stars Pictures, Inc. has agreed to pay $30,000 for the rights to two “Fist of the North Star” movies.

Our Alchemy is an independent film distribution company. The company filed for bankruptcy on July 1, 2016 under Chapter 7 case number 16-11596.
