S&P: Thor view now negative

S&P said it revised its outlook on Thor Industries Inc. to negative from stable.

S&P also affirmed the BB issuer credit rating on Thor Industries and the BB issue-level rating on its term loan B.

“The outlook revision to negative reflects ongoing unfavorable wholesale shipment trends, our updated leverage forecast, and our belief there could be a high degree of variability in the magnitude and duration of the current inventory correction,” S&P said in a news release.
