Indonesia’s Logindo further extends maturity of 2.93% bonds to April 2

Chicago, March 13 – PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk. said it further extended the maturity date of its S$50 million 2.93% credit enhanced notes to April 2 from March 31.

The company said the extension was approved by a sole-majority of bondholders.

Logindo owns and operates offshore support vessels for the oil and gas industry. The company is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
